Camberwell Apartments at 106 South Carney Drive, Saint Clair, Michigan.

BEWARE! This so called "community" should be shut down, done away with, DEMOLISHED! The Camberwell Apartment Complex in St. Clair Michigan Owned by SMG Property Management HAS SEVERE ISSUES that are being swept under the table by management whom is ONLY concerned about making a dollar and obviously not about any of the tenants, their health or their livelihoods. Rent is ridiculously HIGH and management says it is just competing with other properties in the area. Well do the other properties subject their tenants to black mold? Live there already and reading this or thinking about moving in....go ahead and do yourself a favor, touch and push the wall surrounding your toilet....what did you find? Either your finger went right through the 30 Year old original disgusting wallpaper which is the only thing holding your so called wall together or you seen the wall bow because of the lack of support behind the wall due to MOLD damage.... check above your shower and you will more than likely see the black mold. These apartments are over 30 years old and so is everything in them including the nicotine, resin stained and dripping walls. Bedbugs are definitely on the move here and becoming a problem that doesn't seem to have a solution and the fleas are beyond a solution...doesn't matter if you treat your pets or not fleas WILL be present in your apartment and also the office which never had a pet living in it but for some reason always had a flea issue and had to be treated monthly. All communties have issues and I'm not one to bash people, businesses, or anything on between unless they truly are screwing folks over and having no trouble sleeping at night about it like the people affiliated with this uncaring, tell you all you want to hear to sign a contrap...i mean contract with a greedy careless company such as SMG
